is it possible to send a perfectpace training to two different garmin devices, each having a different account?
Or can I download a training if that does not work and send it out to get it uploaded in a different garmin account??

No, unfortunately it is only possible to connect a single account. It is also not possible to download the training. The training data sent to Garmin has a special JSON format, but I am not aware of a way to upload this format manually; it is only meant to with their API. So even if we provided a way to download it you probably couldn't use it.
