Competition phase
Hi. I’m entering the competition phase, and with 8 weeks to my main A race this year, and with 2 of those being taper weeks, I have 6 weeks of training left. Can you please explain then the logic that, in the next two weeks, 6 out of my 7 runs are zone 2 base runs? Shouldn’t I be training at higher ...

AI tool feedback
Hi, I've been using the AI tool for about 3 months now, and in general I'm liking the tool and the sessions it produces. However I think there are some significant enhancements that could be made in order to progress from a good tool to an excellent tool. 1) Planned vs Actual Trimp - for me this is ...

RPE
Hi there.
Is the RPE used as part of the algorithm to calculate future sessions? E.g. does the algorithm detect that if my last 3 sessions I had an RPE of 20, this is a sign that I need a recovery period?
I have only noticed this metric so haven't been updating it.
Many thanks, Nick

Re: Incorrect Trimp estimations
OK.
Thanks for clarifying. I'm assuming warm up and warm downs are also not included in the estimation?

Re: Incorrect Trimp estimations
Hi Thanks for the reply. I'd argue that incorrect estimations will have an effect in future planning and optimisation. E.g. The last time I completed 'Endurance Race' Run my actual Trimp value was 90 compared to the planned 52, despite the fact I paced all the intervals either to the required pace o...

Re: Schwimmeinheiten
I've had the same issue with my Garmin Forerunner 935xt. It seems to miss off the last rest period and go straight into the next part of the session

Incorrect Trimp estimations
Hi there, I've been using Ultimate AI for about 4 weeks now and generally enjoy it I've noticed on several workouts, particularly with cycling and running interval workouts (e.g. Run 'Endurance race', Bike 'Coordination Technique 3') that the estimated trimp values do not equate to the actual values...
